The Wireless Interconnected Alarm Control Unit (DHI-HY-RC20A-R8) provides centralised control and clear visual status indication for compatible WisuAlarm wireless smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms.
Once paired with the system, the control unit stays connected to all linked alarms and receives real-time fire, CO and fault signals from across the property. If an alarm is activated, the unit displays a clear visual alert to show that the system has been triggered.
Dedicated indicator lights show fire, carbon monoxide and fault conditions, making it easier to identify the type of alert quickly. This is especially useful in larger homes or properties fitted with multiple alarm types.
The control unit allows all interlinked alarms to be tested from one central point, reducing the need to test each device individually. Its locate function helps identify the alarm that triggered the alert by silencing the other linked devices, while the silence function can mute all interlinked alarms when appropriate.
Designed for domestic environments, the unit is suitable for houses, apartments and similar residential properties. It supports wireless interconnection with up to 24 compatible WisuAlarm devices, helping provide flexible coverage across the home.
Powered by a sealed 10-year lithium battery, the control unit requires no wiring and is designed for low-maintenance use. It can be wall mounted or used free-standing, allowing it to be placed in an accessible location for day-to-day control.
